For children staying in their parents’ room with at least two full-paying adults:
- 0-1 years € 12,-
- 1-5 years - 60%
- 6-11 years - 50%
- 12-15 years - 30%
For confirmed bookings, we kindly ask for a deposit of approximately 30% of the total amount. For group bookings or stays of 4 nights or fewer, a 100% deposit is required. For short-notice bookings, we require your credit card details for authorisation.
Your four-legged friend is also very welcome at our hotel. Dogs may be brought along in May, June, September and October, subject to prior reservation. Please note that dogs are not permitted in July and August. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, on the lakeside terrace or on the hotel beach. Depending on availability, we are happy to offer a table by the fireplace, where dining with your dog is possible. Thank you for your understanding.
The right to withdrawal pursuant to § 18 sec. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply. In this case the Hotel Industry General Terms and Conditions apply.
Standard cancellation conditions:
- Up to 3 months before arrival: free of charge
- 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total price
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total price
- Within the last week before arrival: 90% of the total price
- Early departure: 100% of the total price
Travel insurance: Unexpected things can happen. To be on the safe side, we recommend taking out European travel insurance. You can activate your personal protection directly via the link provided, or we are happy to arrange this for you. The cost is approximately 5% of the total travel price. Please note that only written requests and agreements can be considered. The rooms are not barrier-free / not wheelchair accessible. A booking is valid on the condition that official regulations, directives or legal requirements between today and the start of your stay allow the booking to be honoured by both parties.
Please also be aware that certain restrictions may occur due to unforeseen external or internal factors. As a small hotel with direct lake access, a spacious sunbathing lawn and plenty of nature, you will nevertheless enjoy ample space and numerous opportunities to relax and enjoy your holiday with us.
