Dive in, cool off, switch off – right on the our own private beach at Seewinkel. Our sunny south-facing beach is located directly by our hotel with no roads or paths separating it. It is easily accessible from the rooms by lift.

Whether it's your first dip in the crystal-clear water in the morning, relaxing sunbathing on the spacious lawn or a refreshing drink in the lake lounge – every summer day here is a moment of pleasure.

A place to breathe deeply, let go and simply be – right on Lake Fuschl.

If you like, you can hop on one of the free stand-up paddle boards or float out on a pedal boat – and then let your gaze wander over the emerald green lake with a cocktail in your hand.

Lake Fuschl - one of the most beautiful lakes in Austria

Peaceful and deep green, Lake Fuschl is often affectionately referred to as the ‘Caribbean of the Alps’.
Its emerald green, crystal-clear water is of drinking quality and warms up to a pleasant 25 to 26 °C in summer.

With its manageable size of 4.1 km in length and 0.9 km in width, it invites you to swim, paddle, sail or simply drift along.
Quiet bays and secluded spots on the shore make it a place where nature, tranquillity and enjoyment come together in the most beautiful way.

As a guest at Hotel Seewinkel (staying four nights or more), you can enjoy free entry to Fuschlseebad – right on the shores of Lake Fuschl. Here, you can swim laps in the heated sports pool or simply float comfortably in the warm water and let your gaze wander over the sparkling lake panorama.

Also ideal for families: children will love the slide and play area, while a gym and modern sauna area are available for an additional charge.
